My Approach: Executive Therapeutic Coaching

Over time, we become so habituated to our way of thinking that it takes a lot of undoing to clearly see and embrace new possibilities for ourselves. Through Executive Therapeutic Coaching, I combine the insightful tools of psychotherapy with the powerful techniques of coaching to help you change your thinking. In partnership, we will release old patterns and habits, create new rituals for personal and professional growth with the goal of
lasting transformation.

In our work together, you'll learn to:

* Develop greater self-awareness and self-acceptance.

* Overcome doubts, fears, limiting beliefs and insecurities.

* Resolve issues from the past and move forward.

* Restore a sense of balance and equilibrium to your life.

* Clarify your life’s direction.

* Experience the benefits of accountability.

You will ignite your resources and inner wisdom. I will partner with you to improve your life and guide you to tap into greater resources.

I help your life get richer.

Your Guide to Success

As a licensed psychotherapist, I draw on psychodynamic theory, somatic psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and recovery work to help you understand the impact your family, culture and life experiences have had on you and how they've shaped who you are today.

Using myriad tools of coaching, including mindset work, we'll identify and tackle obstacles that interfere with your progress and success, including procrastination, perfectionism, self-doubt and negative self-talk.

Rather than focusing on the negative aspects of your past or current experiences, my approach focuses on your strengths and your potential. We’ll utilize psychotherapy and coaching together, so you can transcend negative thinking, harness your inner wisdom and manifest lasting transformation.

How It Works

I offer one-on-one coaching, group sessions, master classes and customized workshops and retreats, in addition to scheduled programs and courses. Each is designed to address a different range of needs and time investment, but all are created to provide a safe and supportive space for you to move beyond obstacles and experience growth in alignment with your values and goals.

One-on-one coaching is always that – live and one-on-one – and conducted via video call, phone call or in-person.

Group sessions, classes and workshops may include a blend of live coaching, pre-recorded videos, downloads and supporting materials for you to work through as we progress together, or on your own.

Retreats are in-person events or creative virtual gatherings focused on empowered self-care and take place over the course of a day, weekend or longer.

Every workshop is created uniquely for your group’s needs and held at a beautiful location chosen to nourish your experience.

As your guide, I'll facilitate, encourage and support your next stage of growth through:

- Igniting leadership skills

- Exploring courage and vulnerability

- Unlocking empathy

- Improving interpersonal skills

- Optimizing problem-solving skills

- Enhancing vision and planning
