Social and Emotional Learning Made FUN with myHeartyKid
myHeartyKid is my passion project. It’s a practical program that makes social and emotional learning fun (S.E.L.F.) by teaching children to own their power.
In this unique program, young people are taught about self-esteem and how to talk about what’s inherently wonderful about themselves and others. This grows and strengthens their sense of personal worth – and their inner LIKE button. Children learn about intentions and affirmations, and how to turn their thoughts into dreams and their
dreams into a life they love.
myHeartyKid teaches about empathy and compassion, and helps every kid who suffers from fear, anxiety, depression, and/or low self-esteem, grow up feeling empowered, confident and loved.

Pocket Full of Love
Ella is a young girl with a powerful imagination. Sometimes her thoughts are filled with light, animals and magic. Other times, her thoughts go down a different path and she is filled with fear and anxiety. Ella grows scared to speak up in class or to try and make new friends. Many people call her shy and quiet, but Ella knows that she has so much to offer if she could only overcome her fears. Through her dreams, Ella finds the courage to show up with BIG love and watches her fear magically fade away.
Pocket Full of LOVE demonstrates how taking action and believing in and searching for beauty and kindness inside ourselves and out in the world can help us feel safe, confident and loved. The book also gives parents, teachers, guardians and counselors a jumping off point for discussions with children about how to navigate anxiety, fear and self-doubt.
myHeartyKid Toys
This soft, colorful, therapeutic doll is the anchor to the myHeartyKid platform. Handmade with love, the heart-shaped doll comes in a variety of colors and patterns. When used in conjunction with complementary myHeartyKid tools and methodology, it becomes a highly effective way to empower kids’ self-confidence, self-esteem and self-love, while teaching them the importance of affirmations, intentions and goal setting.
Love BIG Cards
A fun, interactive game for all ages, the LOVE BIG cards feature 50 beautifully illustrated cards designed to spark meaningful discussion by encouraging the sharing of thoughts and feelings. With questions ranging from “What is something that always brings you joy?” to “Who is someone who has had a big impact on your life?,” participants emerge with a better understanding of themselves and of how opening up can promote self-confidence and love.
